Hours: 5:30 AM – 11:00 AM

Position Summary:
The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and cleaning the hotel’s breakfast area to ensure guests have a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable dining experience. This role requires early morning availability, attention to detail, and a commitment to cleanliness and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up the breakfast area each morning, including food displays, beverages, and utensils
Monitor and replenish food and beverage items throughout service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area during service hours
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and assist with basic needs
Clean tables, counters, and serving areas promptly after guest use
Perform end-of-service cleanup, including sweeping and mopping floors
Dispose of trash and ensure all sanitation standards are met
Assist with basic kitchen prep and storage as needed
Qualifications:
Ability to work early morning hours (5:30 AM start time)
Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous hospitality or food service experience preferred but not required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift, carry, and move light to moderate items
Capability to perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping surfaces
Work Environment:
This position operates in a hotel breakfast area and kitchen environment, requiring frequent interaction with guests and staff in a fast-paced setting.
