About the role
Zyra Clinic is a primary care and telehealth practice in Redmond, WA founded by Dr. Jade Nguyen, DNP, FNP-BC. We are opening 2 spots for Washington State NPs who want to practice independently — without building the business themselves.
You see patients. We handle everything else: credentialing, billing, EMR, malpractice, and marketing.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You set your own schedule and maintain full clinical autonomy.
What you will do
- See patients via telehealth across Washington State under Zyra's credentialed primary care license
- See patients in person under Zyra's credentialed primary care license. Minimum 1 day in person the first month to build your patient panel
- Provide preventive, longevity-focused care including hormone optimization, annual physical, women health, GLP-1 weight management, and metabolic health
- Complete visit documentation within 48 hours using Zyra's managed EMR platform
- Participate in monthly provider calls and clinical community
- Grow your patient panel on your own schedule
What Zyra provides
- Insurance credentialing — handled by Zyra, typically 2 to 4 weeks to first patient
- Billing and EMR — fully managed by a third-party platform
- Malpractice insurance — covered under Zyra's existing policy
- Patient acquisition — Zyra markets your availability before you go live
- Clinical protocols, consent forms, and documentation templates
- Direct mentorship and support from Dr. Jade
- Monthly provider calls and peer community
Compensation
This role operates on a profit share model. After a deferred entrance fee is recovered through earnings, you keep 80% of net reimbursement with no salary cap.
- Entrance fee: $5,000 — deferred and recovered automatically through earnings ($1500 due at signing)
- Payback option A: Zyra holds 100% of your share until fee is recovered (~32 services), then full 80% split begins
- Payback option B: Extra 20% deducted per service while you earn from day one (~6 months to full split)
- Payment: Biweekly ACH with itemized earnings summary
- Sample collections: $198 reimbursed → $159 to you · $168 reimbursed → $135 to you
Earnings vary by payor mix and patient volume. These are illustrative examples, not income guarantees.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Washington State ARNP license — required
- Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent) — preferred
- 1 or more years of clinical NP experience (strong new grads considered)
- Interest in preventive, longevity, hormone, or integrative medicine
- Comfortable practicing in a telehealth-first environment
- Self-directed with an independent practice mindset
