Facility: Moab Regional Hospital
Contract: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Shift: Days
Gross Weekly Pay: $2,760
Non-Taxable Per diem: $1,960
W2: $20/hour
OT Rate: $45/hour
Requirements:
- Active UT/Compact RN License
- BLS & ACLS (AHA)
- 3+ years RN experience preferred
- Hospice/Home Health experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Job Description:
- Provide hospice care and patient assessments
- Manage pain and symptoms
- Support patients and families
- Coordinate with care team
- Complete documentation
- Participate in on-call rotation
