The Role:
In this commercial HVAC technician role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of heating and cooling systems in condominium buildings. You'll diagnose and repair a variety of equipment, from cooling towers and pumps to RTUs, split systems, and more. This role offers a variety of tasks, with occasional equipment replacements and installations to keep your skills sharp.
Responsibilities:

Respond to service calls for repairs in condominium buildings

Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in commercial HVAC equipment, including cooling towers, pumps, drives, RTUs, and split systems

Perform repairs on existing equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operation

Occasionally replace and install new HVAC equipment

Maintain detailed service records

Collaborate with building management and residents to minimize disruption during repairs

Prioritize safety procedures and adhere to all company policies
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repair

Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including cooling towers, pumps, drives, RTUs, and split systems

Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with building management and residents

Valid driver's license

EPA 608 certification (or willingness to obtain)
