Job Summary
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is a leadership role designed to develop the future General Manager of EZPZ.
In the early stage, the AGM will focus on front-of-house operations, customer experience, and daily service flow, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the standards of EZPZ.
Over time, the AGM will transition into full operational leadership of the restaurant, eventually assuming the role of General Manager, overseeing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
This role requires someone who combines hospitality leadership, operational discipline, and business awareness.

Responsibilities
The AGM is responsible for setting the tone for hospitality in the restaurant.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and engaging guests
- Managing customer interactions and resolving issues
- Ensuring service flow remains smooth during peak periods
- Maintaining a welcoming, energetic dining environment
- Supporting community engagement within the neighborhood

- Strong management skills with proven experience supervising teams in a retail or hospitality setting.

Experience:
- At least 2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience is required
- Strong hospitality mindset and guest-first approach
- Ability to stay calm and organized during busy service
- Experience with staff scheduling and operational systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Team-first attitude
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
