Luxury Sales Associate - High-End Fashion & Jewelry

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in catering to high-end customers, offering expert knowledge of luxury women's fashion, shoes, accessories, and fine jewelry. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a personalized shopping experience to customers, assisting with the selection and purchase of luxury clothing, shoes, accessories, and fine jewelry.
- Cultivate and maintain expert knowledge of luxury products, including features, benefits, and pricing to offer informed recommendations.
- Provide outstanding customer service by building rapport, addressing customer needs, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency, using POS systems and ensuring a smooth checkout process.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling, maximizing the potential of each sale.
- Contribute to the team’s success by sharing knowledge, strategies, and best practices with colleagues.
- Stay current on industry trends, new product releases, and luxury brand updates by participating in ongoing product training and development.
- Assist in maintaining an immaculate, visually appealing store environment, including merchandise organization and display upkeep.
- Ensure the store's aesthetic is aligned with brand standards, ensuring every display is well-curated and clean.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a similar high-end environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to consistently achieve and surpass sales goals.
- Strong customer service orientation with a deep passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury fashion, accessories, and fine jewelry brands.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to maintain high visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store reflects the brand's luxury image.
- Knowledge of social media marketing a plus.
