Job Overview
Milano Collection is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, managing, and maintaining data across various platforms, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information. Duties
- Create and maintain products, variants, and product information in Shopify and NetSuite.
- Ensure product data is complete, accurate, and consistent across systems.
- Update product details, pricing, SKUs, images, and attributes.
- Create and enter purchase orders into NetSuite.
- Receive incoming inventory from factories.
- Assist with inventory reconciliations and reporting.
- Support operational projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
- Shopify and/or NetSuite experience preferred but not required.
- ERP, inventory, purchasing, or eCommerce experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle data entry accurately while maintaining high productivity levels
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines consistently while managing multiple responsibilities.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
