Back in Balance Chiropractic is seeking a dependable, motivated individual to join our team as a Chiropractic Assistant. You will work alongside three experienced chiropractors in a hands-on, patient-focused role, assisting with rehabilitation therapies and helping deliver an exceptional patient experience.
For more than 20 years, Back in Balance Chiropractic has helped patients recover from injuries, return to sports, get back to work, and enjoy the activities they love. Led by Dr. Scott Mooring, whose experience includes University of Minnesota Athletics, Olympic and elite athletes, and international sporting events. Our clinic combines high-quality patient care with a culture built on teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning.
Success in this position is not measured only by technical skills. It is measured by initiative, reliability, and a willingness to help wherever needed. Duties include:
- Assisting doctors with patient care
- Applying therapeutic modalities (training provided)
- Preparing treatment rooms
- Keeping treatment areas organized and stocked
- Helping maintain clinic flow during busy times
- Supporting front desk operations when needed
- Laundry, cleaning, and daily clinic maintenance
The right person for the position:

This position is approximately 30 hours per week
Monday through Friday Noon until approximately 6:00–6:30 PM
Every other Saturday 7:45 AM until approximately 10:00–10:30 AM
Starting pay: $17–20 per hour

Physical Requirements
- Close contact with patients
- Standing for extended periods and walking throughout the clinic
- Lifting up to 30 pounds
- Frequent bending and reaching
- Active movement throughout the workday
