Roles & Responsibilities – Project Manager:

Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

Ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget

Lead project documentation, schedules, and cost tracking

Champion safety and quality on-site
Desired Qualifications:
-
5+ years of commercial construction PM experience
-
Proficiency in Procore or similar project management software
-
Strong financial acumen and subcontractor management
-
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
-
Applicable project experience includes commercial, multifamily, churches, schools, retail, big box grocery), and car washes.

Experience with carpentry a plus

Prior field experience a plus
