MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Job Requirements
- Previous multi-family property management or construction experience preferred.
- Coordinating the turn process of vacant apartments into market ready apartments.
- Completing resident maintenance requests and work orders.
- Grounds-keeping/Snow removal
- Build relationships with residents, staff, and colleagues.
- Energetic, personable and professional.
- Great customer service skills.
- Possess a strong work ethic.
- On call rotation for after hour emergencies.
- MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Qualifications:
- Demonstrated aptitude in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC knowledge/skills.
- Completing tasks associated with the physical upkeep of the community including but limited to: grounds, building maintenance, and preventative maintenance.
