Position Summary
Top Flight is seeking a dependable and motivated Data Center Support Technician to support a high-security data center campus in Wyoming.
This is a unique hybrid position that combines outdoor facilities maintenance with commercial grounds care to ensure the property remains safe, clean, secure, and professionally maintained throughout the year. You’ll perform a variety of hands-on tasks ranging from maintaining the site’s exterior appearance to completing general maintenance projects that support daily operations.

Essential Responsibilities
Outdoor Facilities Maintenance

Perform routine exterior property maintenance and repairs.

Maintain sidewalks, parking lots, fencing, gates, signage, and other site assets.

Complete minor carpentry, painting, pressure washing, and general handyman tasks.

Perform preventative maintenance inspections and report repair needs.

Assist with special projects and facility improvements.
Grounds Maintenance

Mow, trim, edge, and maintain commercial grounds.

Weed, prune, and maintain landscape beds, shrubs, and trees.

Assist with irrigation inspections and minor repairs.
-
Perform seasonal cleanup and maintain a clean, professional appearance of the property.

Safely operate commercial landscape equipment and power tools.
Snow & Weather Response

Assist with snow management and ice mitigation operations.
-
Operate snow equipment when trained.

Respond to weather-related site needs, including evenings, weekends, and extended hours during snow season.
General Responsibilities

Complete assigned work orders accurately and on time.

Maintain company vehicles, trailers, equipment, and tools.

Follow all company safety policies and customer security requirements.

Work independently while managing daily priorities.

Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and customers.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-
Experience in facilities maintenance, grounds maintenance, construction, landscaping, or a related trade preferred.

Mechanical aptitude with the ability to safely operate equipment and tools.

Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
-
Reliable, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
-
Ability to pass a background check and meet data center security requirements.
Physical Requirements

Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.

Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and work on uneven terrain.

Work outdoors in all weather conditions throughout the year.

Safely operate commercial equipment, power tools, and company vehicles.
