If you've built a career in tax and business management within the music and touring world, this could be worth 10 minutes of your time.

This is one of those roles that actually matters. You'll be the person keeping everything moving. Cash flow, payments, tax coordination, royalties, payroll, bookkeeping, associates, client relationships. When things need organising, solving or unblocking, you'll be the one making it happen.
You'll need 6+ years of experience, strong tax knowledge and hands on business management experience in the music and touring industry. A CPA would be a bonus but it is not essential.
