About the Role
We are seeking professional delivery teams to manage final-mile logistics and white-glove assembly services for high-end home goods. By ensuring every item is transported safely and assembled with precision, you will directly enhance the customer experience and uphold brand reputation for our retail partners.
Responsibilities-
Execute efficient delivery routes using your own 26' box truck to transport furniture directly to residential customers.

Provide premium white-glove assembly services, including furniture construction, bed frame setup, and shelving installation.

Maintain high standards of service to ensure customer satisfaction and successful completion of all delivery stops.

Coordinate with your team partner to safely load, secure, and unload inventory using lift gate equipment.

Manage logistics and route planning to ensure timely arrivals and professional interactions at every home.

Adhere to all safety and operational protocols to protect both the merchandise and the customer's property.
Qualifications-
Ownership or lease of a 26' box truck equipped with a functional lift gate.

Active DOT and MC authority with valid business EIN.

Ability to operate as a two-person delivery and assembly team.

Must maintain commercial insurance coverage that meets industry standards.

Successful completion of background checks, drug screenings, and MVR reviews for all team members.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in final-mile delivery or home goods installation.

Demonstrated proficiency in furniture assembly and handling delicate consumer goods.
