Overview
We are looking for an experienced Server to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a commitment to creating a pleasant dining experience.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly, answer questions, upsell menu items, give recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills, ensuring timely service for all guests.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process sales, and provide correct change and receipts.
- Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety protocols, proper food handling, and sanitation practices throughout service.
- Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas quickly to prepare for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience or food service background is preferred
- Strong customer service skills, excellent communication, basic math skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Fluent in Mandarin or other Chinese dialect or Japanese is a plus
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
