Job Overview
We are seeking a working dedicated and experienced Leadman to oversee our Farm Center night crew on various projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of the jobs required. This role is essential in ensuring that orders are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. The Leadman will be responsible for supervising team members, managing project schedules, and maintaining effective communication with their team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of workers to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Knowledge and experience on forklift and skid steer.
- Implement project scheduling techniques to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role preferred at least one year.
- Demonstrated ability to manage schedules and orders proficiently and effectively while ensuring project specifications are met.
