What You'll Do
- Guide customers through the complete buying process from greeting to delivery.
- Build relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
- Follow up with internet, phone, walk-in, referral, and social media leads.
- Prospect daily using phone calls, CRM tools, and Facebook Marketplace.
- Present vehicles, accessories, and financing options that fit each customer's needs.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM (DP360).
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale.
- Work closely with our Finance, Parts, and Service teams to ensure a seamless buying experience.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in sales or customer relationship management.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Comfortable using computers and CRM systems.
- Ability to work weekends and a flexible retail schedule.
- Valid driver's license.
Powersports experience is required. We are looking for great sales professionals who know how to build relationships, earn trust, and close business.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus and highly valued as we continue to serve our growing Hispanic customer base.
