Vicksburg Powersports is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Powersports Sales Representative to join our dealership team. This role involves engaging with customers, promoting powersports vehicles, and building strong relationships to drive sales growth. As a Powersports Sales Representative, you will play a key role in managing the sales pipeline, upselling products, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers both in-person and via outbound calls to promote powersports vehicles and accessories
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and marketing efforts
- Conduct high-end sales consultations, including negotiation and closing deals with diverse clients
- Upsell additional products, accessories, and services to maximize dealership revenue
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure product availability
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
- Support marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing clients
- Maintain professional communication skills including phone etiquette and public speaking when presenting products or conducting demonstrations
- Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies for increasing retail sales and expanding market reach
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales, preferably within powersports or related industries
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
- Previous dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills including public speaking, phone etiquette, and customer engagement techniques
- Knowledge of inventory management, retail math, and basic automotive or powersports industry terminology is advantageous
