Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid (may be fully remote for the right person) position for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Glendale, CA. The BCBA will be responsible for providing assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, supervising treatment delivery, training and educating parents and caregivers, and overseeing behavior technicians. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and data-driven decision-making will be essential aspects of this role.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Implement evidence-based interventions to address challenging behaviors and promote the acquisition of adaptive skills.
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to direct support staff on behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Collaborate with program staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with participants' goals and preferences.
- Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of behavior interventions and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct regular observations and assessments to track progress and make necessary adjustments to behavior plans.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members, to ensure continuity of care and support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of behavior assessment, intervention, and progress notes.

Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
- Clinical experience preferred; new BCBAs are encouraged to apply
- Relevant experience in clinical or educational settings is preferred
Job Type: Full-time positions available
Expected hours: 35 –40 per week - Full time
Compensation is based on experience and full/part time position.
