All Kind Painting & Cleaning is a fast-paced, owner-operated painting and cleaning company servicing the Twin Cities metro area. We specialize in apartment turns and other projects in the multi-housing industry.
All Kind Painting and Cleaning is seeking motivated individuals to join our Painting Division as Paint Rollers. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required. We are looking for individuals who are willing to learn, take direction, and show initiative while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
This role is a strong opportunity for growth, with a clear path toward advancement into a Lead Painter position for those who demonstrate consistency, quality, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
· Roll walls using company systems and equipment (tarps, Wide Boy, etc.)
· Assist with apartment painting projects including:
o Filling nail holes and minor wall repairs
o Removing outlet covers where applicable
o Supporting cutting and prep work as needed
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the unit
· Prevent paint spills, drips, and damage to floors, fixtures, and surfaces
· Assist with cleaning units upon completion to ensure move-in ready condition
· Follow direction from Team Leads and contribute to team productivity

· Interest in growing into a leadership role - Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
Requirements
· Must have a valid driver’s license and must be able to drive company vehicle - must be able to pass insurance requirements
· Must have reliable personal transportation
· Must be eligible to work in the United States
· Must have a cellphone with internet access
· Ability to perform physical labor (standing, bending, lifting, etc.)
Work Environment & Expectations
· Work is performed in apartment units and multi-family properties
· Fast-paced, production-based environment
· Team-oriented with clear expectations for quality and efficiency
· Standard workdays are typically Monday through Friday, with occasional additional needs based on business demand
Minnesota Employment Requirements & Notices
In compliance with Minnesota employment laws:
· Wage Disclosure: Pay range will be provided upon request and prior to hire, in accordance with Minnesota pay transparency requirements
· Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST): Employees accrue paid sick and safe time as required by Minnesota law
· Overtime Pay: Overtime is paid at 1.5x the regular rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek
· Wage Theft Prevention Notice: Employees will receive a written notice at hire outlining pay rate, pay schedule, and employment terms
· Meal & Rest Breaks: Employees are provided adequate time to eat a meal (for shifts of sufficient length) and restroom breaks as required by law
· Workers’ Compensation: Coverage is provided for all employees for work-related injuries
· At-Will Employment: Employment is at-will, meaning either the employee or employer may terminate employment at any time, with or without cause, consistent with Minnesota law
Growth Opportunity
This position is designed as a development role. Employees who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and leadership potential will have the opportunity to advance into a Paint Team Lead position.
