PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANT (PCA) – NIAGARA FALLS, NY

Buffalo Homecare is hiring compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistants in Niagara Falls, NY. If you are passionate about helping others maintain their independence and quality of life while working one-on-one with clients in their homes, we would love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Provide medication reminders
- Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes
Qualifications
- Valid PCA Certificate required
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and provide quality care
$250 Sign-On Bonus
Eligible employees will receive a $250 sign-on bonus, paid as $25 per week for 10 weeks.
Bonus Eligibility Requirements
- Reliable attendance
- Compliance with company policies
- Continued assignment to the case
Sign-On Bonus Will Be Forfeited For:
- No call/no show
- Calling off without proper notice
- Client abandonment
- Client mistreatment, neglect, or abuse
- Violation of company policies
- Resignation or removal from the case before completion of the bonus period
