Member Duties : -1- Assess community resources available for youth programming, build relationships with partners and reach potential new families who could benefit from Salvation Army programs. Plan community engagement actions and recruit volunteers -2- Research, develop and design year-long program for youth with a STEM-track, a music and music theory track, and a sports track; all geared for different age levels from 3-15 years old -3- Create strong relationships with local universities, including but not limited to Howard University. Develop a mutually beneficial partnership
