Oversees the weekly activities of the Green Team golf development program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (This list is not intended to detail all aspects of the assigned work but is representative of the job’s overall responsibilities.)
- Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness to include the ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness and pivot service as needed.

Must have ability to work with TEI software and be able to coordinate information within the Tee sheet and Point of Sale systems.

Responsible for booking and modifying tee times with our electronic tee sheet to include, straight tee times, shotgun start, and a double tee start as well understanding the its advantages as well as a double tee start as well as understanding their advantages and disadvantages.

Create golf tournaments and all necessary documentation to include pairings, scorecards, rule sheets, scoreboards that support tournament play.

Host golf rules and etiquette presentations utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint or other similar software.
- Ability to speak in front of large groups that consist of beginning golfers and volunteers.

Help create a yearly schedule of events for Green Team program and attend Saturday morning play.

Creating and establishing teamwork with others on the golf staff while maintaining an effective working relationships with employees, vendors and community members while performing your duties.
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule to include Saturday mornings and potentially holidays and in some cases schedule changes on short notice.

Maintains a regular and consistent record of acceptable onsite attendance and punctuality according to policy guidelines.

Other duties as assigned.

Work schedules will vary, on average, of 16-28 hours per week.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Sufficient Training and education to demonstrate possession of required knowledge, skills and qualifications are required.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

12 months directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience supporting a golf course.

Knowledge of Golf Genius, MailChimp, E-mail distribution lists, and website administration a plus.

Excellent people skills.
