Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time On-Site Property Manager (30 hours) to oversee day-to-day operations at our residential community. Responsibilities
- Oversea the daily maintenance of the pool, pool deck, cleanliness of the property and guest compliance.
- Follow the assigned daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks that are required.
- Work closely with the Board to ensure all issues that arise are handled promptly.
- Complete projects that are assigned by the Board.
- Be consistent with attention to detail on the routine maintenance that is required to keep the property, landscape, buildings, parking in top shape.
- Report activities back to the Board, escalate issues within the condos to the appropriate owner/property manager and take initiative to improve Kahana Outrigger.
Skills
- 3 years of property management experience preferred.
- Pool Management certification
- Excellent customer service skills with effective communication and conflict management abilities
- Ability to handle facilities management duties such as coordinating repairs or maintenance work efficiently
- Office experience combined with strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Additional Details:
- Schedule is 30 hours a week. (Wednesday through Sunday from 7:30am – 1:30pm)
- Schedule is reviewed every 6 months to either add/deduct as needed.
- 2 weeks of paid vacation / 6 paid Holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day) if employee role is chosen.
- Credit provided for benefit expense if employee role is chosen.
- Willing to consider employee or contract/vendor role with no paid time off/benefits – flexible schedule to complete tasks.
Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
