Creative Sign Production Assistant – Athens, GA
AKO Signs is hiring a Creative Sign Production Assistant in Athens, GA. This is a hands-on production role where you’ll help turn designs into real signs, decals, vehicle graphics, banners, and printed graphics customers actually use.
The work includes trimming, weeding, masking, inspecting, organizing, and packaging jobs for installation, shipping, or customer pickup.
We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn. The right person enjoys working with their hands, following instructions, solving small problems, and taking pride in clean, accurate work. No sign experience is required — we will train the right person.
Experience in signs, graphics, printing, manufacturing, or other hands-on work is a plus. We’re especially interested in dependable people who are looking for a stable place to grow.
This job has room to grow. Someone who shows strong aptitude, reliability, and attention to detail may have the opportunity to learn plotter operation, large-format printing, CNC routing, flatbed printing, and production file setup.

Pay: $18–$22/hr, based on experience and skill

Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday
