Position: Accounts Receivable Billing & Collections Specialist
Location: Terryville, CT (On-site)

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing finance team in Terryville, CT. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to collections and billing are key.
Job Description:
- Prepare and process invoicing to customers.
- Manage collections efforts, following up with customers and project teams to ensure timely payments and resolve internal/external billing questions and issues
- Perform month end AR balancing including Aged Receivables and sales tax.
- Partner with project managers and operations teams to align billing with project milestones.
- Strong skills Excel for reporting, analysis, and account tracking.
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections.
- Background in construction or manufacturing billing is preferred.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Clear, professional communication skills.
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems (Epicor specifically)
