Ark Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is professional, compassionate, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where every interaction matters.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who enjoys helping people, loves animals, and can confidently manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answering phones and assisting clients with scheduling, questions, and requests
- Managing appointments and maintaining accurate records
- Communicating effectively with doctors, nurses, and fellow team members
- Providing exceptional customer service during both routine and emotional situations
- Supporting daily hospital operations and ensuring a smooth client experience
We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:

- A proactive problem-solver who can think critically and independently
- An excellent communicator, both in person and over the phone

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous veterinary reception or veterinary client service experience strongly preferred
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or a similar client-facing role
- Familiarity with veterinary software is a plus
Schedule:
Full-time or part-time opportunities available. Schedule may include a combination of days, evenings, and rotating Saturdays. Flexibility, reliable transportation, and strong attendance are essential.
