Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on assigned commercial properties
- Conduct routine site inspections to ensure quality standards
- Provide daily customer follow-up emails and maintain strong client relationships
- Hold landscape crews accountable for performance, safety, and timelines
- Identify opportunities and upsell enhancements or additional services
- Manage and track landscape equipment assigned to your accounts
- Support smooth scheduling, planning, and issue resolution across properties
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in landscape maintenance, account management, or similar field
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead teams and ensure quality service delivery
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple properties
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record
