Salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year + Performance Bonus
About Studio Credit
Studio Credit is a growing screen printing, embroidery, and 3PL fulfillment partner serving apparel and lifestyle brands. We help our clients bring products to market through exceptional production, fulfillment, and customer service.
We're looking for an organized, relationship-driven Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building long-term client partnerships. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding projects from initial inquiry through production and final delivery while ensuring exceptional communication every step of the way.
What You'll Do
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Guide customers through projects from initial intake to completed delivery
- Manage project timelines, production schedules, and order status
- Build and maintain production budgets and pricing
- Coordinate with internal production and fulfillment teams
- Communicate proactively with clients through email, phone, and virtual meetings
- Build strong client relationships that lead to repeat business and account growth
- Develop new business opportunities and brand partnerships
- Assist with creative projects including product presentations, pitch decks, and lookbooks
- Support Studio Credit's website and social media initiatives as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Customer Success, Project Coordination, or a similar client-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Preferred:
- Experience in apparel, screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, manufacturing, fulfillment, or production environments
- Experience with Trello, Shopify, and Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience working with production schedules and customer orders
