Job Description:
MCI is looking for reliable and self-motivated team member and driver for our Saint Cloud distribution center who will help manage the product lifecycle and make deliveries daily. This includes unloading, receiving, storing, and staging products as projects move ahead as well as processing the appropriate paperwork and representing MCI with excellent customer service during deliveries. Additional responsibilities may include assisting at retail location, light maintenance, warehouse organization, and assuming paperwork responsibility when warehouse manager is out.

Basic Qualifications:
- Driver’s License
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and safely
- Ability to lift, carry, pull, and push 75lbs occasionally
- Ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner
- Must be able to pass DOT physical and drug testing
- Comfort with computer basics (email, word processing)
Extras:
- Knowledge of operating a forklift
- Knowledge of RFMS or other flooring-specific business management software

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday with the occasional Saturday to help support inventory-focused events
Pay Range: $19-$23 per hour
