Overview:
Mederi Inc, an owner operated Aquaponic Cannabis Cultivator. We are looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Sales Representative to maintain, develop and grow our retail presence in Massachusetts. This role is ideal for someone who knows the cannabis industry, understands dispensary operations, and can confidently represent a_ one of one, eco-friendly, sustainable and premium craft cannabis brand._
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow territory in Massachusetts, including Boston, the North Shore, South Shore and Western regions.
- Possess, build and maintain strong relationships with dispensary buyers, managers, and staff.
- Understand and have the full knowledge of the brand and its products.
- Drive sales through product education, in-store events, and consistent follow-up.
- Identify new retail opportunities aligned with our premium eco-friendly, sustainable one of one brand
- Track and report on sales activity, pipeline development, and account performance
- Be aware of competitors and market trends.
- Network with consumers to gain a following for the brand.
- Represent the Mederi brand at scheduled pop-up events, trade shows, local dispensaries, budtender training, conventions, and local events.
- Push the brand mission, and educate consumers and retailers about the brand.
- Generate sales leads through dispensary visits and cold-calls.
- Drive sales at local events and retail locations.
- Must have an understanding of social media and how to boost brand awareness.
Employment Requirements:
· Must be 21 years of age or older.
· Must submit to a full background check.
· Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
· Positive attitude, ethical, hardworking, team player, friendly, good verbal communicator.
