Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily service operations with a strong presence in the dining room
- Inspire, coach, and develop front-of-house team members to reach their full potential
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality excellence
- Ensure guests consistently receive attentive, personalized service
- Participate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
- Collaborate with fellow leaders to improve systems, solve challenges, and drive results
- Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, safety, and operational execution
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and administrative responsibilities
- Support the team wherever needed to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment
- Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills
- Ability to remain composed and effective in a fast-paced setting
