We are a growing CPA firm seeking a detail-oriented and personable Client Services Coordinator to support both our clients and our accounting team.
This role combines client communication, administrative support, and light accounting responsibilities. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, is comfortable learning new software, and can adapt to a variety of tasks in a professional office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer client phone calls and emails
- Follow up with clients regarding missing documents and information
- Assist clients with portal access, passwords, and multi-factor authentication
- Schedule appointments and maintain client records
- Track outstanding client requests and deadlines
- Enter transactions and accounting data into Sage 50 as needed
- Assist with bookkeeping and administrative projects
- Prepare and organize documents for accounting and tax engagements
- Support partners and staff with special projects and office needs
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Professional and friendly demeanor
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a CPA firm, bookkeeping firm, financial services office, legal office, or similar professional environment
- Experience with Sage 50, QuickBooks, or other accounting software
- Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge
- Experience handling confidential information

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
