- Monday - Friday
- Flexible shifts between:
- 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and provide a welcoming, professional first impression
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department
- Respond to questions and provide accurate information to clients, visitors, and staff
- Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative support duties
- Assist with office operations and special projects as needed
- Help coordinate events and office activities
- Maintain an organized and professional front desk area
- Support team members with administrative tasks and customer service requests
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required
