What You'll Do

Conduct in-home and virtual sales consultations with homeowners

Build trust through a consultative sales approach focused on customer needs and long-term value

Prepare and present accurate proposals, system recommendations, and financing options

Educate customers on:

Energy-efficient HVAC systems

Indoor air quality solutions

Maintenance programs

Available upgrades and home comfort options

Maintain timely follow-up on leads, proposals, and customer communications

Coordinate with operations and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution

Document customer interactions, project details, and sales activity within company CRM systems

Attend project kickoff and quality assurance meetings as needed

Generate referrals, repeat business, and positive online reviews

Stay current on products, technology, industry trends, and company offerings
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

High school diploma or equivalent (additional sales or technical training preferred)

Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills

Proficiency with CRM systems, sales software, mobile applications, and digital communication tools

Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs
