Backed by a world-class multi-billion-dollar investor who built the largest out-of-home (OOH) advertising network on the planet and an experienced leadership team, the company has the resources, vision, and scale for long-term market dominance and future growth.Through transforming unused building spaces into high-impact digital communication channels, the company’s model is a win-win: property managers receive a zero-cost amenity that elevates tenant experience and provides dedicated display space for building announcements, entirely funded by premium advertising revenue.
Position Overview
The company is seeking a results-driven, highly proactive professional to join their New York team as a Senior BD Closer. This is a part-time opportunity (approximately 10 hours/week, working hours beyond the approved schedule is not permitted without prior management approval) designed for individuals who excel in field outreach, landlord and property management engagement, and deal execution.
What You’ll Do
· Identify and evaluate commercial and residential properties with a minimum of 8 floors across New York City.
· Engage decision-makers such as building owners, asset managers, and property management executives directly through strategic field prospecting and digital outreach.
· Deliver compelling pitches highlighting thousands of dollars in property amenity value delivered at zero cost to the landlord to reach the agreements.
· Navigate landlord concerns regarding content control, installation logistics, and existing vendor relationships effectively.
· Execute agreement and secure signed contracts to expand our NYC screen portfolio and accelerate network density.
· Maintain accurate, daily records of all prospect interactions, meetings, and deal stages in HubSpot CRM.
· You will build the company’s New York building portfolio. Every step of the process is yours -- from the first conversation to the signed agreement.
Who You Are
· You have 3+ years of B2B sales closing experience with a proven record of closing, specifically interacting directly with building owners, asset managers, or property management companies.
· You have sold into at least one of the following: commercial real estate ownership or management, residential property management, PropTech, elevator services, building services, facilities management, or a related field where your buyer was a building owner or property manager.
· You are highly self-disciplined, resilient, coachable, and comfortable conducting direct field sales across NYC.
· Bachelor's degree is preferred. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus. Experience with HubSpot CRM and prospecting tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Biscred) is highly desirable.
· You will own the full sales cycle -- from identifying the right buildings and reaching the decision maker, to presenting the value proposition, handling every objection, and getting the agreement signed then closing the deal independently.
What You’ll Achieve
· Work directly with US company founders and leadership team, receiving hands-on mentorship as you advance your career in BD and real estate sales.
· Work in one of the biggest and fast-growing digital & media network companies and be part of the founding team while scaling the market and building relationships with industry leaders.
· Play a meaningful role in shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy, from messaging and account targeting to outbound campaigns and partnerships.
· Build a clear path toward BD executives or Sales Leadership as the company continues to scale.
This is not a traditional sales role, and it is not a traditional company. We are building something new in a market that is ready for it. Our product is genuinely compelling -- we walk into a building and offer the owner something valuable at zero cost to them. You are not overcoming price resistance. You are overcoming inertia. That is a different and more interesting sales challenge.
We are backed to win. We are installing screens across major U.S. cities now and expanding fast.
The representatives who build this market with us early will have a direct line to full-time roles, expanded territory, and commission structures that reflect what they have built.
If you are hungry, coachable, and serious about learning what closing looks like in the real world -- this is where you start.
