We are seeking experienced Fine Dining Assistant & General Managers to deliver exquisite hospitality, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a culture of excellence that mirrors our commitment to culinary artistry. Position Overview:
- Ensures that guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
- Manages dining experience, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring that staff are attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings.
- Interviews, trains, and supervises staff.
- Conducts performance evaluations and provides ongoing training to maintain service standards.
- Manages restaurant's budget, including forecasting sales, controlling costs, and analyzing financial reports. Ensures profitability by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Oversees daily operations to ensure smooth functioning, including managing reservations, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manages relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality ingredients and supplies.
- Monitors inventory levels and places orders as necessary.
- Addresses and resolves conflicts among staff or between staff and customers to maintain a positive work environment and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Regularly inspects the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health standards. Ensures that food presentation and quality meet the restaurant's high standards.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of fine dining management experience.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire a high-performing team.
- Financial acumen to maintain our premium standards while driving profitability.
- Passion for exceptional guest experiences.
- Deep knowledge of wine, spirits, and premium steaks.
