We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and people-oriented Event Confirmation Specialist to join our growing remote team.
This is not cold calling. You'll be speaking with individuals who have already registered for one of our real estate education events. Your role is to reconnect people with the goals that inspired them to register, build excitement about the event, answer questions, and help them follow through on a commitment that could positively impact their financial future.

Responsibilities
- Call individuals who have already registered for our real estate education events.
- Build rapport and create excitement about the upcoming event.
- Confirm attendance and help increase show-up rates.
- Answer questions and confidently overcome common concerns.
- Update customer information and call notes in our CRM.
- Follow company scripts, systems, and best practices.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call.
Qualifications
- Native or near-native fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with people quickly.
- Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Google Sheets, email, etc.).
- Experience in customer service, appointment setting, inside sales, or phone support is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- $12.00 per hour.
- Performance bonuses. Top performers typically earn $20+ per hour.
- Full-time and part-time positions available.
