About Company:
Now Hiring at Dog Haus Biergarten — Berkeley
Come build something with us.
Dog Haus isn't just another spot to grab a shift. Founded in 2010 in Pasadena by three longtime friends, the brand has built a fiercely loyal following and grown to more than 50 locations. It's earned some of the industry's top honors along the way, including a MenuMasters Award, a spot on Fast Casual's Top 25 Movers and Shakers, and recognition from Franchise Times as a top brand. Translation: when you put Dog Haus on your résumé, people know the name.
And here's the part that should get you excited: you'd be joining at the perfect moment. Dog Haus is heading into the largest opening year in its history, with a major expansion underway across new and established markets. The company recently signed a 50-unit development deal and is targeting growth toward 1,500 locations. A brand growing this fast needs sharp people, and it tends to promote the ones who show up and shine.
That growth isn't just corporate noise, either. Dog Haus has rebuilt its model around operator success, with new leadership roles for proven operators and a real emphasis on staff development and leadership training. In plain terms: this is a place where doing great work actually leads somewhere.
Why our Berkeley team is a great place to start:
You'll work in a real biergarten with craft food, cold beer, good music, and a steady crowd of Cal students, locals, and regulars who treat this place like home. You'll learn a chef-driven menu of gourmet burgers, brats, brews, and plant-based creations built around a simple mission: feed everyone who walks through the door, and feed them well. The pace is fun, the team has your back, and no two shifts feel the same.
What we're looking for:
Energy. A good attitude. Someone who takes pride in their work and likes making a stranger's day a little better. Experience helps, but hustle and heart matter more — we'll teach you the rest.
What you get back:
A crew that works hard and looks out for each other, leaders who'll invest in you, flexible shifts, and a genuine path to grow as the brand grows.
If that sounds like your kind of place, don't overthink it — let's feed Berkeley together.
