We are a well-established, privately owned dental practice in Charlotte, NC, looking for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator/Insurance Coordinator to become an important part of our close-knit team.
Our office is built on lasting relationships—with both our patients and our team. We take pride in providing exceptional care in a welcoming, supportive environment where everyone works together toward the same goal.
Schedule
Full-Time
Monday – Thursday
Enjoy a consistent four-day work week with no evenings or weekends.
Responsibilities
- Verify and explain dental insurance benefits
- Submit and follow up on insurance claims
- Assist patients with treatment estimates and financial arrangements
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care
- Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service
- Help create a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has prior dental office experience
- Is knowledgeable about dental insurance and claims
- Communicates confidently and compassionately with patients
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Thrives in a team-oriented environment
- Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day
- Experience with Dentrix is preferred but not required.
