As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience—from purchase to delivery and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, professional support via phone and internal systems
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues independently and efficiently
- Follow up promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks in a timely manner
- Update and manage customer service reports
We’re looking for someone who is customer-focused, organized, and confident communicating with others.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- 1–3 years of customer service experience (retail, call center, or similar)
- Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong written communication and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and customer management systems
- Professional demeanor and clear speaking voice
- Full-time, onsite role
- Location: Pinellas Park, FL (Corporate Distribution Center)
- Schedule varies within:
- Tuesday–Saturday
- Between 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
