Description

Our Client, a well-established firm in Metro Area is looking for a Tax Lawyer Consultant for their consulting division.

Responsibilities:

Navigate the complex tax codes at federal, state, and local levels
Advocate on behalf the company with tax agencies
Handle disputes related to tax obligations
Handle tax consulting in commercial and corporate transactions
Advise on the financial or tax implications of business mergers, sales, and acquisitions
Provide guidance on commercial real estate purchases or other asset purchases that may affect a company's taxes

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Juris Doctor
CPA a plus
5+ years of relevant experience
Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)

Compensation: Commensurate with candidate experience plus excellent fringe benefits.
