We are looking for a motivated sales representative to help grow our contractor network and develop long-term business relationships throughout the region.
Position Overview
This role is focused on developing new business relationships with:
- Fence contractors
- Landscapers
- Builders
- General contractors performing fencing work
This is a relationship-driven sales position centered around:
- Field visits
- Outbound prospecting
- Outbound calling
- Customer development
- Account management
- Long-term growth
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, comfortable networking in the construction industry, and capable of building trust with contractors.
This is a fully commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential.
As customer relationships grow, there may also be opportunities to transition into a hybrid sales role that includes both outside sales and inside account management responsibilities from the office.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new contractor accounts
- Perform outbound calling to prospective and inactive customers
- Follow up on company-provided warm leads
- Visit job sites, contractor offices, and businesses regularly
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Generate material quotes and assist customers with product selection
- Promote Everguard’s products and services
- Coordinate with inside sales and operations teams
- Help customers solve material and project challenges
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout projects
- Represent the company professionally in the field

Compensation Structure
This is a 100% commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.
Commission is structured to heavily reward new customer acquisition while also providing recurring income from accounts you develop.
- 25% commission on the gross amount of a new customer's first purchase
- 5% commission on all future purchases from accounts you establish and maintain
- No cap on commissions earned
- Ongoing earning potential through repeat customer business
Example:
A new customer places a $5,000 order:
- Commission earned: $1,250
That same customer places another $5,000 order in the future:
As your customer base grows, your recurring commission income grows with it.

What We’re Looking For
Preferred qualifications:
- Outside sales experience
- Construction industry experience
- Fence or landscape industry experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling
- Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage time independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $60,000.00 - $111,000.00 per year
