Department: Concrete Operations
Reports To: Concrete Manager

Position Summary
The Batcher is responsible for the safe, efficient, and correct operation of the concrete batch plant to meet daily production schedules and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Technical and Operational Responsibilities
- Operate the computerized batch plant control system (COMMANDBatch) to produce concrete per approved mix designs and production schedules.
- Monitor batching operations to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
- Monitor batch plant operating parameters and ensure they are within approved operating ranges.
- Maintain accurate batching logs and production records.
- Develop and manage daily driver schedules to optimize delivery efficiency.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communications skills
- Curiosity and desire to learn. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites.
