Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Office Secretary to join our team at a small business as a home remodeling/roofing company. As an Office Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as filing, typing, and keeping track of business documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (phone calls, emails, etc)
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Requirements:
- Must know how to speak spanish and english
- Strong communication skills to keep the team informed of all business updates
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent computer and technology skills - mut know how to use all Google apps (i.e Google Drive, Google Docs, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Prior office setting experience. If you have roofing knowledge, that is a plus but not required.
