Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with NJ license to join our dedicated healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews to establish accurate diagnoses.
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with state regulations and collaborative practice agreements.
- Manage acute and chronic illnesses utilizing advanced clinical skills such as suturing, IV infusion, catheterization, and wound care.
- Perform specialized procedures including botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, spinal taps, and esthetic laser treatments to enhance patient outcomes.
- Coordinate care with specialists across disciplines such as gastroenterology, cardiology, infectious disease care, and behavioral health for comprehensive treatment plans.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation of patient encounters and medical records management.
- Participate in clinical research initiatives to advance evidence-based practices and improve healthcare delivery standards.
Skills
- Proven experience working with diverse populations including children, seniors in geriatrics or memory care settings, and individuals with developmental disabilities or in assisted living environments.
- Strong proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Athenahealth; familiarity with CPT coding, ICD-10/ICD-9 coding for accurate billing and documentation.
- Expertise in performing procedures like suturing, phlebotomy, venipuncture, sterile processing techniques, and tube feeding management.
- Knowledge of critical care environments including ICU or Level I/II trauma center experience; capable of triage and acute pain management.
- Skilled in telehealth platforms to deliver remote patient consultations effectively while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- Excellent communication skills for patient education on health coaching topics such as nutrition, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly within multidisciplinary teams ensuring optimal discharge planning and case management.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
