Petite Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead our growing pediatric dental practice. This role is ideal for a strong leader who is passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience, developing a positive team culture, and driving operational excellence.
Hours:

Monday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Tuesday 8-3 PM (admin day)

Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Thursday 7:30 - 4:30 PM

Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Understand dental insurance, collections, and treatment coordination.

Monitor key practice metrics and identify opportunities for growth.

Communicate confidently with patients, families, vendors, and team members.

Stay organized, proactive, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
Your experience likely includes:

Dental office management and leadership experience.

Strong understanding of dental insurance, claims management, EOBs, accounts receivable, and collections.

Experience supervising and developing team members.

Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Experience with scheduling, treatment coordination, and collections.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Experience with Open Dental is a plus.
