Overview
Fixness Hospitality Repair is hiring an experienced Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial equipment throughout the Denver area.
We service commercial refrigeration, restaurant cooking equipment, ice machines, HVAC, chillers, glycol systems, and related equipment.
You do not need to be an expert in every system we service. If you have solid experience in one or two of these areas and a strong technical foundation, we’ll help train you on the others.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair commercial equipment at customer locations
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, gas, HVAC, and controls issues
- Service refrigeration, cooking equipment, ice machines, chillers, glycol systems, HVAC, and related equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and identify developing equipment problems
- Determine parts, repair scope, and recommended next steps
- Read wiring diagrams, service manuals, and technical documentation
- Document work accurately and communicate findings clearly to customers
- Work independently while knowing when to involve another technician or specialty
- Maintain high standards for safety, workmanship, and customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of relevant field-service experience
- Strong experience in at least one or two of our core equipment areas
- Solid electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to diagnose and complete service work independently
- Good judgment and practical problem-solving ability
- Professional customer communication
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to learn additional equipment and systems
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
EPA Section 608, CFESA, manufacturer training, and other relevant technical certifications are a plus.
Schedule
Sunday through Wednesday
6:00 AM start
Full-time, field-based position
Denver-area customer locations
Pay
$40.00–$55.00 per hour, depending on experience and technical capability.
Fixness provides the company service van and required tools.
