Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Pool Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the cleaning, maintenance, and inspection of residential and/or commercial swimming pools to ensure they remain clean, safe, and operational.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to multiple client locations daily to service pools
- Clean pools by skimming debris, vacuuming, brushing walls, and cleaning tiles
- Test and balance water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.)
- Add chemicals as needed in accordance with safety guidelines
- Inspect pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing for proper operation
- Perform minor repairs or report maintenance issues
- Maintain accurate records of services performed
- Communicate effectively with clients about service performed and any issues observed
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in pool maintenance preferred but not required (training available)
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition; ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation (company vehicle may be provided depending on position)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
