Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming spaces and a strong attention to detail. As a team member, you will be responsible for executing various remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires both technical skills and creativity to bring clients' visions to life.
Duties
- Collaborate with clients to understand their remodeling needs and preferences.
- Measure and assess spaces to determine project requirements.
- Perform demolition, framing, and finishing work.
- Install fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, and other materials as specified in project plans.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations throughout the remodeling process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment during projects.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress and timelines.
Skills
- Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general construction techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise during projects.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes.
- Ability to follow directions
- Reliability is a must.
- Good communication skills for effective client interaction and teamwork.
- Time management skills to meet project deadlines efficiently.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in remodeling tasks.
- Must have a clean driving record and verifiable references.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
