What You Will Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic treatment
- Progress patients based on clinical findings and goals
- Collaborate with and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants
- Complete documentation and progress reporting
- Educate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey
- Build strong relationships with patients and the local community
